The following details the terms and conditions of doing business with kudos.net.nz. By requesting a customer account, a domain name or an associated service you accept that these conditions have been read and agreed to. kudos.net.nz is a trading division of Kudos Solutions Limited. By accepting this agreement you give us authority to act as your agent with any Registry with which we have a relationship. In matters relating to the registration of domains in the .nz domain space, and where the following terms are deemed to be in conflict with the .nz core terms and conditions of service, the .nz terms shall apply. Terms 1. By creating a customer account, requesting a domain name or activating any of our service, you agree to indemnify Kudos Solutions Limited for any action taken against us including reasonable legal fees arising from a breach of these terms in any way for supplying you with these services. 2. You agree that Kudos Solutions Limited may make charges against your supplied credit card for any service or domain name renewal costs. Where you have been provided with a charge account you agree to pay Kudos Solutions Limited the charged amount by the 20th day of the month following the date of invoice. 3. Until all charges have been paid your domain name will not be released by Kudos Solutions Limited for activation on another DNS server. 4. You must cancel any domain name at least 10 business days prior to the billing renewal date or you will be required to pay for the further subscription term specified for that domain. 5. You agree to promptly update your information details held on our site. This includes (but is not limited to) ensuring the supplied email address is always active and your mail is regularly checked and that your credit card details are current. 6. By requesting a domain name you agree to any Terms and Conditions in place by the Domain Registry applicable to the requested domain name. In general kudos.net.nz is empowered to accept these Terms and Conditions on your behalf but you are still responsible not to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 7. This agreement will be enforced according to the laws of New Zealand and the New Zealand Courts shall have jurisdiction. 8. While every effort is made to provide a reliable trouble free service, Kudos Solutions Limited makes no guarantee as to availability of services. |
