Acceptable use of the Kudos Solutions Limited (kudos.net.nz) servers and services requires that the use:

must be lawful

must not be obscene or abusive of others

must not breach any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others

must not breach the privacy or personal rights of others

must not attempt to disrupt the performance of ours or any other server

must not be used to propagate unsolicited emails

Breaching any of these may result in immediate and automatic revocation of any services on our servers.

Should your use of our server or services require an excessive proportion of our available resources we reserve the right to alter our standard pricing or to discontinue service. This is not considered a breach and action will only be taken after discussion with you.
